All additional fees will be clearly stated on your invoice before payment is processed.

3. Exchanges & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the services provided. If you experience any issues or believe the services rendered were not as expected, please contact us at support@oak-admin.jp to discuss a potential resolution.

4. Delivery Times

We will begin providing services without delay after the contract is agreed on and signed.
