Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer payment plans for visa services?

We provide a detailed quote after an initial consultation. Payment terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis. For larger projects such as company incorporation combined with visa applications, we can discuss splitting payments across milestones. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Are government fees included in your service prices?

Government fees (such as revenue stamps for visa applications or registration fees for company incorporation) are separate from our professional service fees. These government-imposed costs are noted alongside each service in our fee table. For example, permanent residence applications require a ¥10,000 revenue stamp, and KK incorporation requires ¥150,000 in registration fees plus ¥52,000 for notarization.

Why do some services show a "+" after the price?

The "+" indicates that the listed price is a starting point. Final fees depend on the complexity of your case, the number of documents required, and any special circumstances. For example, a straightforward visa extension will be at the base price, while a complex case involving multiple family members or unusual employment situations may be higher. We always provide a clear quote before starting work.

What additional expenses should I expect beyond the service fee?

In addition to our professional service fees and government fees, you may incur costs for: transportation expenses for immigration office visits, postage for sending documents, certificate fees for obtaining official documents from government offices, and translation costs if documents need to be translated. We will outline all expected costs in your quote.
